Efficienza energetica di un sito produttivo energivoro: dalla teoria alla pratica

Aims:

 
Deepen the theme of energy efficiency 360 degrees, focusing on the following areas:
  • regulatory and legislative landscape;
  • Power Quality and how it affects energy consumption;
  • hardware and software tools and paths used to make energy efficiency, detailed with the use of virtuous practical cases.

Energy manager, technical and operational figures engaged in the field of energy efficiency, Facility Manager, CEO, Sustainability Manager.

Educational content

Introduction to Energy Management (15 min)

Introduction to the concept of sustainability and energy efficiency. 
Boundary context (future trends, PNRR, energy cost, scarcity of energy resources, etc.).
Virtuous cycle of energy efficiency (monitor, Fix the fundamentals, Automate, Monitor and analyze).

The regulatory and legislative landscape of energy efficiency (1.5 h)

 
  • Introduction to the world of standards and the actors involved: Sustainability manager, Energy manager, EGE and Esco.
  • The European directive EPBD, The Legislative Decree 102/2014 and obliged entities, ISO50001 and bill discount. 
  • The energy certification of buildings:  D.M. 26/06/2015 and UNI EN 15232.
  • The mechanism of Energy Efficiency Certificates (TEE).
  • Energy Audits (Types - Contents - Benefits - Report examples) and KPIs for energy management + OEE (ref. ENEA).
  • Transition 4.0 and excise recovery. 
 


The path to energy efficiency (1h)

  • Energy efficiency process at site level.
  • Focus on energy study (pre-study).
  • Use cases within MMM.

 

Power Quality: fundamental aspect of electricity (1 h) 

  • What is Power Quality.
  • Because it is important to monitor and optimize it.
  • The solutions.
  • Some case studies in the industrial world. 
 

Technological solutions for the energy efficiency process (1 h)

  • Hardware and software for industrial energy monitoring. 
  • Application examples and benefits obtained.
