Objective

Strengthen the positioning of the member company within the foundry and advanced mechanics sector, enhancing its identity, know-how, and competitive advantages.

Build effective and consistent communication, capable of engaging with customers, partners, institutions, and talent.

Support innovation and internationalization paths by promoting projects and investments through strategic marketing tools.

Assist the digital transformation of corporate communication, optimizing existing digital channels or implementing new ones.

 

Description
The consultancy is structured in four phases, adaptable to the specific needs of each company:

 

Phase 1 – Communication Analysis and Audit

  • Mapping of corporate communication tools and channels (online and offline)
  • SWOT analysis of identity and perceived positioning
  • Evaluation of communication consistency with industrial and commercial objectives

 

Phase 2 – Strategy and Positioning

  • Definition of communication concept and brand positioning
  • Identification of target audiences and segmentation of stakeholders
  • Drafting and implementation of a communication plan including: key messages, channels, and communication tools

 

Phase 3 – Content Production and Channel Activation

  • Content creation for website, social media profiles, brochures, and B2B materials
  • Editorial planning for the different activated channels
  • Development of short case studies on products, projects, or process innovations

 

Phase 4 – Training

  • Training sessions for the internal team

 

Cost
€ 650 + VAT per day (minimum 6-month period, with 1 day per week)
