Sustainability | ESG

 

Objective

Support the company in defining and implementing a sustainability strategy aligned with market expectations.

Make existing or planned ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) actions visible and measurable.

Prepare the company for upcoming regulatory requirements, such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) or ESG standards requested by customers and supply chains.

Communicate the company’s sustainability commitment credibly and transparently, enhancing its value with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

 

Description
The consultancy is structured into four modular phases, adaptable to the company’s level of maturity and internal resources:

 

Phase 1 – Sustainability Analysis and Positioning

  • Collection and analysis of existing environmental, social, and governance initiatives
  • Simplified materiality analysis (stakeholders and relevant issues)
  • Definition of strategic ESG pillars on which to build the plan

 

Phase 2 – Sustainability Strategy and Plan

  • Drafting of an operational plan with clear, measurable objectives tailored to the foundry/metallurgy sector
  • Coordination of ESG data mapping (consumption, emissions, safety, welfare, governance, training, etc.)
  • Identification of environmental, social, and governance KPIs

 

Phase 3 – Reporting and Compliance

  • Selection of a reporting tool in line with company needs
  • Development of a Sustainability Report, compliant with the most common voluntary standards (GRI, SDGs, VSME)
  • Alignment with supply chain questionnaire requirements (e.g., Ecovadis, SAQ 5.0, CDP)
  • Drafting of a corporate sustainability policy and code of ethics (if not already in place)

 

Phase 4 – Communication and Engagement

  • Content creation for website, social media, trade fairs, and events
  • Drafting and updating of the corporate website “Sustainability” section
  • Internal training to engage staff and define departmental roles within the ESG pathway
  • Employer branding plan dedicated to talent attraction and recruitment

 

Cost
€ 650 + VAT per day (minimum 12-month period, with 1 day per week)
